Join our Women’s Swim Clinics and dive into a space where women support, uplift, and grow together!
Dive into an empowering experience with Sarah Freeman Coaching’s Women’s Swim Clinics. These sessions are designed for women from high novice to advanced. At the heart of each clinic lies a blend of technique-focused swim training, personal connection, and confidence-building that goes beyond the pool and open water.
Led by Sarah Freeman, a seasoned swim coach, and life coach, each clinic incorporates skill-building in the water with tools to uplift you. As you improve your stroke, breathe easier, and build strength, you’ll connect deeply with a supportive community of women.
Our clinics go beyond just swimming. Through Sarah’s life coaching infused in each session, you’ll gain confidence and skills that translate to all areas of your life, teaching you to carry strength and resilience from the pool deck into daily challenges. From handling open water to facing life’s waves, these clinics are about more than swimming; they’re about discovering your power in and out of the water.
“Pay It Forward’ Women’s Swim Clinic – May 4th
This clinic is about more than swimming—it’s about lifting up young women who have faced adversity and are ready to bring their dreams to life. Whether overcoming illness, mental health challenges, loss, or personal trauma, these young women share a passion for the water and a bold vision for what they can achieve.
The “Pay It Forward” Women’s Swim Clinic is the first step in a growing movement to create opportunities, helping break down financial barriers that stand in the way of their dreams.
Proceeds from this clinic will go directly to Robyn Coleman, a young woman attempting to set a Guinness World Record by swimming the entire length (106 KM) of Lake Okanagan in June 2025. By joining us, you’re not only strengthening your skills in the water—you’re also becoming part of something bigger, a ripple effect of support and empowerment for young women with big water dreams!
“Where dreams begin and ripples never end.”
