RAWW (rad active water women) Adventure Swim is for open-water swimmers who want to dive into a swim adventure to meet and connect with other women who love water. A community where women empower each other, encourage each other, and foster ongoing friendships through open-water swimming in the beautiful Canadian Rocky Mountains!

RAWW Adventure Swims

Dive into an open-water experience you will never forget with up to 6 other women swimmers in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.

RAWW Adventure Swim is about getting outside into the mountains in the summer to experience the beauty of Canadian Rocky Mountain Lakes, and to connect with other open-water swimmers.

This will be our first-ever RAWW Adventure Swim on July 18, 2025

  • Swim with other open-water swimmers, connect with other women swimmers, and experience two different lakes during the day together.

  • Coach Sarah will swim with you and coach you throughout our time together. She is a NCCP-certified swim coach with 10-plus years of experience coaching pool and open-water swimming.

  • A wetsuit is mandatory as the lakes are colder in the mountains anywhere between 16 - 19 degrees. and a floating swim buddy is mandatory to keep your keys in, snack, and be visible.

  • RAWW Adventure Swims will have 2 different swim locations during our day together, a total distance of 5km depending on the water temperature it could be slightly less if cooler temp. First swim 2km, second swim 3k.

  • There will be a paddler with us during the RAWW Adventure Swims.

  • Bring your picnic lunch, we will bring snacks and drinks.
