Welcome to Sarah Freeman Coaching

Where dreams begin and ripples never end

Where dreams begin and ripples never end —

I am Sarah Freeman (she/her)

“Where dreams begin and ripples never end.”

I guide women swimmers in the water—and beyond.

This is more than swim coaching. It’s a movement. A space for women to grow stronger, swim freer, and reconnect with the power of their own momentum. Through personalized coaching, empowering clinics, and the inclusive Fearless Warriors Swim Squad (open to all genders), I create experiences that build community, connection, and confidence.

And with every stroke, you’re not just showing up for yourself—you’re helping another young woman dive into her dream.

Through the Swim It Forward” initiative, your journey becomes part of someone else’s. Each session and each breakthrough fuels support for a young woman (aged 18–30) who has faced adversity and is ready to chase a dream connected to water. Coaching here creates ripples that carry far beyond the lane lines.

This is a welcoming space to build your confidence, improve and become stronger in the water, connect with the community, and create ripples that reach beyond the water.

Welcome to coaching that flows forward!

“Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s about the choice to show up & be real. The Choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen.”

SARAH FREEMAN COACHING

Client love

“The coaching Sarah and I did lead me to several personal revelations. Learning I was feeling or doing something I had no idea I was doing was incredibly helpful. I could then begin to live more presently and see my actions as they happened. Her coaching has helped me tremendously in being able to move forward after feeling stuck for so long.”

“Well, what can one say…Sarah is one of those rare individuals who is both intensely driven and genuinely empathic. I witnessed her using this strength to drive engagement with the Leadership Institute and develop herself as a coach. Her listening skills are second only to her ability to connect at a very human level. Sarah is masterful at moving others to higher levels of self-awareness and performance. She gets my highest level of recommendation. Rock on Sarah!”

— Daniel Buchner Innovation, Leadership & Learning Executive

“Sarah Freeman is a fabulous coach. Utilizing a firm, fair, but compassionate approach, she knows how to bring out the best in her clients. She has a holistic approach to coaching that places equal emphasis on our physical and mental health, and the ‘why’ behind our goals. I recommend her services.”

— Kristina Entwistle

“I have had the wonderful experience connecting with Sarah as my swim coach. This was our introduction; however, I very quickly came to realize that Sarah, in her special ability, was connecting with me on a deeper level. A level that enabled me to push hard for what I wanted, what I needed and what I thought I would never be able to do. Her empathetic approach and ability to know what you need to get to where you need to be, is quite remarkable. In a very short time, she enabled me to accomplish things that I never even put in my sight, although knew that I wanted. I am truly appreciative of my time with Sarah and am excited for when we are able to work together again!”

“Working with Sarah gave me the confidence and belief in myself to go after what I really wanted in life.”

“Sarah was my coach for three months. We built a rapport right away, even though I am based in the US and we never got to meet in person (also speaks to the power of coaching even in a remote setting!). I appreciated her transparency and direct-yet-empathetic style, and in spite of covering some challenging material we managed to also get a laugh in each time we connected. She is steady and fair, does a nice job of asking important questions at the right time, and her follow-up summary emails were always timely and thorough. Hope to work with her again soon and would recommend to anyone, especially those who need a good dose of accountability!”
